1. Membership Fees

All membership fees paid for New Online Registration or Original Member Revival are **non-refundable**. Once a member is registered in the digital registry, the fee is utilized for identity card generation and database maintenance.

2. Duplicate Transactions

In the event of a technical error where a user's bank account is debited twice for the same registration, or an amount is debited but the registration fails, the user may request a refund.

• The user must provide proof of the duplicate transaction (Bank Statement/Screenshot).
• The request must be made within 7 days of the transaction.
• Refunds for duplicate transactions will be processed back to the original payment method within 10-15 working days after verification.

3. Cancellation Policy

Membership in the BIHAR RAJYA MATSYAJIBI SAHAKARI SANGH LIMITED cannot be cancelled once the fee is paid and the certificate is issued. Members wishing to withdraw from the society must follow the bylaws of the society, but no refund of the registration fee will be provided upon withdrawal.

4. Rejection of Application

If an application is rejected by the Admin during manual verification due to fraudulent documents or ineligible criteria, the society reserves the right to withhold the processing fee.
